I am trying to register our vehicle but I do not see the Vehicle numbers for North America West! are they posted?

Hello everyone. I have some doubt regarding qualification report.the qualification proposal cover page and vehicle description form should be include that 4 page qualification report or these two form can exclude from that 4 page ???
