If you are intended in competing in the HPVC at the ASME E-Fest in Lima, Peru please fill out this form to indicate your level of interest and preparedness.
HPVC South America 2019 Pre-registration Form
The HPVC is part of ASME E-Fest.
Every individual on an HPVC team that is attending the E-Fest must register as an individual and each vehicle must register.
Registration includes access to participate in all E-fest activities and competitions. Food and housing is not included in the registration fee.
Individual Registration ASME Member Rate: 130 Peruvian Soles
Individual Registration Non-Member Rate: 180 Peruvian Soles
HPVC South America 2019 Registration
ASME membership is not be required for anyone to register for the HPVC or E-Fest.

Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel and lodging. Please be sure to arrange for your trips in advance - the event begins ON TIME.
