Registration will only be open to teams that score the highest in the Qualification event.
Human Powered Vehicle Challenge (HPVC) will be a part of ASME E-Fest. Individual registration includes access to participate in all E-fest activities and competitions. Food and housing is not included in the registration fee.
Registration Fees:
HPVC Vehicle Registration
Regular Vehicle Registration 8,000 INR
Participant Registration
Early Bird: 1,200 INR
Regular: 1,500 INR
Onsite: 1,800 INR
Registration must be completed through an online submission.
All team members must register for the E-Fest though the E-Fest website here:

ASME Membership:
ASME membership will not be required for anyone to register for the HPVC.
Following is the certificate policy for ASME HPVC Asia Pacific 2018:
1) All E-Fest registered HPVC team members will receive participation certificates.
2) All E-Fest registered HPVC team members of placing teams will receive certificates stating their place in the competition and vehicle name.
3) HPVC team advisors of placing teams will receive certificates stating their place in the competition and vehicle name. Only the advisor listed during report submission will be provided a certificate.

Qualification proposals must be submitted by every team that wishes to compete in the HPVC Asia Pacific.
Not all teams will be selected to compete.
Fee: There is no fee to participate in the Qualification event.
