Vehicle registration will only be open to teams that score the highest in the Qualification event.The HPVC is part of ASME E-Fest.
Individual registration includes access to participate in all E-fest activities and competitions. Housing is not included in the registration fee.

ASME Membership:
ASME membership will not be required for anyone to register for the HPVC.
Following is the certificate policy for ASME HPVC Asia Pacific 2020:
1) All E-Fest registered students will receive participation certificates from the host through email within a week of the event completion.
2) All E-Fest registered HPVC team members of winning teams will receive certificates stating their place in the competition by the host.

Qualification proposals must be submitted by every team that wishes to compete in the HPVC Asia Pacific.
Not all teams will be selected to compete.
