Attached please find the flyer for the call for papers. Deadline of abstract submissions: February 25, 2019 (if accepted, full-length papers due April 29)
Additional information about the AMT, sponsored by the Manufacturing Engineering Division of the ASME, and IMECE 2019 can be found at https://www.asme.org/events/imece. We look forward to seeing you in November.

We encourage you to submit posters to the poster track. The deadline is February 28, 2019, about three months later than the deadline for full papers. Therefore, you can present the latest results of your work. Also, all accepted posters will be included in the conference publications if they are presented at the conference and their “Permission to publish forms” are submitted. More information about the poster track is at https://www.asme.org/events/msec/program/call-for-posters
The posters will be set up and displayed on Tuesday (day 2) of the conference, and continue to be displayed through Thursday (day 4).
In order for your poster to be included in the conference publications, you are required to be at your poster for at least one hour. There will be several poster presentation sessions and you will be assigned a one-hour time slot during which you should be present in front of your poster.
To facilitate networking, the poster display location will be in close proximity to conference technical presentation rooms.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions. We look forward to receiving your posters through https://event.asme.org/msec.
