I wanted to provide a friendly reminder about the upcoming March 4th submission deadline for the 2019 ASME/SME Student Manufacturing Design Competition.
We invite submissions from any undergraduate or graduate student who is registered in school full time through Spring 2019. Both individual and group projects are welcome, and individuals may participate in several entries as long as each entry is on a different subject. The flyer is attached.

A US National Science Foundation grant will provide support to select full-time students from U.S. institutions to attend the co-located NAMRI/SME 47th North American Manufacturing Research Conference (NAMRC47) and the 2019 ASME Manufacturing Science and Engineering Conference (MSEC2019) to be held at Penn State Behrend’s School of Engineering, Bayfront Convention Center, Erie, PA, on June 10-14, 2019.

All applications for the student support award should be made through the online portal. Applications submitted in any other way (including email) will not be considered for the award.
3) KEY DATES:
