• Duties include providing engineering support to the maintenance and operations departments of a specialty paper mill. • Estimated and managed various capital projects, from concept to completion, ranging from $5k to $150K, and dealing with process equipment to facilities. • Designed the piping and equipment installation arrangement for a $150,000 project to make-up and feed a polymer to multiple paper machines. The design addressed both installation, operational and maintenance concerns. • Managed a $135,000 project to upgrade controls of an odor scrubbing system. The scope included replacing/upgrading obsolete equipment, adding instrumentation and integrating the odor scrubbing process into the plant DCS system. • Resolved process and equipment problems utilizing Kepner Tregoe Analytic Trouble Shooting. • Coordinated predictive maintenance efforts for the plant.

Maintenance Engineer / Planner
