The design addressed both installation, operational and maintenance concerns. • Managed a $135,000 project to upgrade controls of an odor scrubbing system. The scope included replacing/upgrading obsolete equipment, adding instrumentation and integrating the odor scrubbing process into the plant DCS system. • Resolved process and equipment problems utilizing Kepner Tregoe Analytic Trouble Shooting. • Coordinated predictive maintenance efforts for the plant.
