Associate Director for Finance and Operations

Provides strategic leadership in Financial Management, Forecasting, Budgeting and Planning, Earned Income, as well as providing oversight for Facilities, Human Resources, and Security. Reporting to the Director, this position is part of a newly reconstituted Senior Management Team and is responsible for supervising staff in the Business, Facilities, Retail and Wholesale Operations, and Security departments. Partners with the Director and department heads to ensure that financial and material resources are being allocated and managed in the most effective ways to advance the mission and strategic direction of the Museum within appropriate resource levels.
