Provided technical assistance on boiler, pressure vessel and piping issues. * Recommended reduction of inspection points by approximately 10% by performing detailed review of manufacturing travelers and flagging redundant inspections. * Recommended and removed unnecessary aerospace QA and engineering requirements from commercial (and even aerospace) program drawings by recalling commercial experience.

Provided HVAC, plumbing, and a large number of process piping designs. * Maintained projects within budget and schedule, meeting client expectations. * Wrote operating manuals and other technical documents, ensuring safe testing and operation.
