• Led DoD conceived Manufacturing Readiness Level assessment matrix (up to MRL-6) through successive meetings. Resulted in process and manufacturing time improvement, among others. Change acceleration, risks mitigation. • Conceptualized electronics inertia dampening pot injection machine using Solidworks 20016. • Exposed to additive manufacturing of temperature sensor housing for airplanes wings, to avoid ice build up in sensor and to accelerate sensor response.

• In a 3-steam (1Mw) turbine installation of $3.0M value project. Performed on-site warranty repair service (Mechanical and I&C equipment) Accomplishment: Trained customer to avoid future turbine failure, saved account, customer satisfied and issued $6M in repeat orders. • In a 2-steam turbogenerator installation of $10.5M value project. Assumed duties as primary customer contact. Directed project team to turn around contentious situation and saved a threaten account. Won customer over with our commitment to his needs. Accomplishment: Saved employer's image at national account level. Customer continues to buy equipment, spare parts, training, and service. • In a flood recovery project for a 220 MW combined cycle power generation plant ST auxiliary equipment. Procured scarce equipment and parts and coordinated team efforts with 3rd party vendors. Accomplishment: Contributed in successful and in time plant start-up. **
