o Manage prototype vehicles throughout validation testing. o Collaborate with design engineers on failure incidents that occur while managing the test units. o Orchestrate and sustain a variety of data collection devices throughout the vehicles. Collection devices included thermocouples, pressure transducers, and yaw rate sensors. o Present collected data of failures in order to identify and solve root cause of the events. o Implement comparison testing between different power rated vehicles that contain similar specifications. o Mediate activity between customers, suppliers, and engineers in order to validate a product that surpasses the customers’ criteria for quality and reliability.

This position includes: -Design and fabrication of the integration of solar water heating into the Oakdale Power Plant System. -Established efficiency increases of overall productivity for the Power Plant. -Leader of a project team of four peer engineers that collaborated with senior engineering teams to formulate solution conditions and design considerations. -Design specification meetings and update reports / representations involving senior engineers done on a bi-weekly basis.

This position included: -Specialist of Auto-CAD orientation procedures; by updating architectural floor plans of University of Iowa buildings. -Worked with groups of peers and telecommunication specialists to rout copper, optical fiber, and coax cables through University facilities.

Production Engineer  
Crafts Technology, May 2008 to January 2011

My position Included: -Designing of a countersink hard stop tool assembly for the Boeing Corporation that will exclusively be used on the Dreamliner Aircraft. -Collaboration of design specifications for the hard stopper was done with a team of senior engineers from both the Crafts and Boeing Corporations. -Prototyping of the hard stop tool assembly was done primarily with the use of AutoCAD Inventor. -Reorganization of Crafts’ shipping and receiving area, involving a team of three peer engineers. Design considerations were done with the use of AutoCAD. -Devised detailed AutoCAD drawings of Tungsten Carbide parts for production operations. -Quality control regulator involving the use of micrometers, hardness testers, optical comparators, and 3-D curvature analysis.
