Design a Wind Turbine

This design project was held among all the students of the course. It was an intense two weeks project and the objective was to carry out the mechanical design of a whole Wind Turbine from scratch

"The John Greenless Findlay Memorial Prize has been awarded to you in recognition of your excellent academic performance, your industriousness, and your personal qualities which had a very positive impact on the group dynamics of the Design of Rotating Machines MSc Course cohort of your year.
Your average marks for the taught part of the course were the highest for the year and you also had a high mark for your thesis. Overall your combined mark was the second highest of the course which is all the more significant given that we had a number of very academically strong students from some of the best universities" by Dr Joao Amaral Teixeira
