Responsible for updating manufacturing books before they are released into the shop. This included checking to see if the engineering was up to date using SPDM and REDARS, updating sketches using Solidworks and updating the manufacturing plan when needed. Also responsible for compiling quoting packages for the front office by gathering the latest engineering that the buyer has supplied so they could correctly price the part for the customer. Used Solidworks to model various new parts and tooling fixtures. Maintained upkeep of digital storage and converted various hard copy drawings to digital copies for future use.
