About the speakers:
Allison Collins is a Materials Engineer at Ford Motor Company for body interior. Her career at Ford started with a rotational program in which she held various other positions including Polymer Laboratory Engineer, Seat Complete Engineer, Safety Test Engineer, and launch support on the 2020 Lincoln Aviator at Chicago Assembly Plant.
Jaret Villarreal is an Engineer at TOYOTA Motor North America R&D, working in Advanced Powertrain department for Model Based Development and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE). His industrial experience involves projects for Hybrid Vehicles at TOYOTA.
