RHODES PETROLEUM INDUSTRY LEADERSHIP AWARD: 


Susan M. Cunningham, Senior Vice President of Exploration, Noble Energy  
The Rhodes Petroleum Industry Leadership Award, named for former ASME International president and petroleum division chair, Allen R. Rhodes, was established by the Petroleum Division of the ASME as an award for significant contribution to the petroleum industry demonstrated through management and motivational skills, entrepreneurship, innovative methods and outstanding leadership within the corporate structure and in the industry as a whole.

PROJECT EXCELLENCE AWARD: 


Shell Parque das Conchas (BC-10)
The ASME Petroleum Project Excellence Award is given to innovative and ground breaking projects. The award recognizes excellence in engineering, project management and acknowledges innovative projects. It highlights the importance of professional engineering and project management in achieving high performance in projects.

ROSS KASTOR EDUCATOR'S AWARD: 



Paul Jukes, President, MCS Kenny
This award recognizes dedication to improving engineering and science awareness for students and the enhancement of education for future leaders. The award winner must also have a strong interest in furthering student education. This award is named after Ross Kastor, former Petroleum Division Chair.

SILVER PATENT AWARD: 


Jon Khachaturian, President & CEO, Versabar
Patents are a major achievement in the career path of a petroleum mechanical engineer. ASME's petroleum division seeks to encourage and recognize engineers holding patents. Each year, the division presents the Silver Patent Award to an engineer who has received at least 25 U.S. patents.

Created to honor those faculty who demonstrate remarkable commitment to their students in pursuit of a mechanical engineering education and career.
