    Speaker - Thomas Golden

    Technology Development Manager for Duke Energy Corporation.

    Thomas Golden is a Technology Development Manager for Duke Energy Corporation. In this role, Thomas has the opportunity to focus on the technical capabilities as well as the business value proposition of emerging distributed energy resources. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Thomas earned a Senior Reactor Operator Certification while working at Duke Energy’s Catawba Nuclear Station. Thomas served nearly 12 years in the US Navy operating submarine nuclear reactors and land-based prototype nuclear reactors and continues to serve as a Navy Reserve, Supply Corps Officer.

    Catered sandwich, beverages lunch starts at 11:45 am, presentation starting at noon.

    (The auditorium is on the ground floor and you do not need to go thru security for access)
