    "Undermining Oil & Gas Pipeline integrity resulting from Subsidence"

    Dr. Gennaro "Jerry" Marino, Ph.D., P.E., D.GE


    He is also the chairman of the American Bar Associations Expert Witness Civil Engineering subcommittee and a member of the ASCE Forensic Engineering Divisions Committee on Practices to Reduce Failures. Dr. Marino has researched and consulted on all aspects of subsidence engineering with government agencies, engineering and architectural firms, surface owners, as well as pipeline, insurance and mining companies.


    Ground movement, subsidence and backfill can slowly cause catastrophic pipeline issues. Several case histories will illustrate the means to monitor and mitigate such potential pipeline anomalies.

    Advanced ticket sales start this week and end at 11:00 pm on Wednesday, October 16th. You can purchase tickets for the event through Brown Paper Tickets. Regular tickets are $35, students are $15. Tickets at the door are $50, CASH OR CHECK ONLY.

    ASME meetings are open to all. Membership is encouraged but not required to attend. Professional Development Hour (PDH) certificates will be available to participants at the conclusion of the event.
